We are experienced in the fields of Architecture, Engineering, Digital Media and IT Programming. We collaborate with clients ranging from individual designers to award-winning partners. We have developed a thorough quality control policy to efficiently meet complex project requirements. We process large volume of data and offer accurate drafting, detailed modelling, photo-real visuals and bespoke IT solutions using advanced softwares and practical technologies. Our mission is to become a world leading IT house for the AEC industry.

Yechte Consulting is directed by directors with years of experience managing projects at international level.
The directors have been responsible for establishing the company's innovative business model and the evolution of its overall business strategies. Currently the company's organisation is spread across three distinctive entities, each with its skill sets and particular expertise. Our teams constantly work in close correlation to refine and provide the most professional services and each team can be scaled to 1.5 times its capacity in times of heavier workloads. Focusing on methodology, processes and delivery, we provide solutions that ensure greater management control with improved transparency and accountability. We hire competent people and give employees a sense of ownership in the company.

Organisation
Yechte Consulting operates around 4 distinctive teams: a drafting/modelling team, a technical team, a visualisation and an IT team. Each team is managed by appointed team leaders and all teams share work in the same office. Yechte Consulting is the KPO branch part of the Yechte Group [link].
