The candidate must be fully conversant with the latest building information modelling techniques, files and leading market softwares. The candidate must able to produce working and building packages, schedules, area calculation, sets of drawings with callout details. Good English speaking, reading and writing skills. 3. Junior CAD technician: +2 years experience; the candidate must have very good drafting abilities and must be able to turn quick drawings to scale on all major market softwares and issue them. 4. Graphic Designer: Graduated graphic designer with excellent graphical skills. The candidate must be able to design boards, logos, panels and sophisticated conceptual and graphical diagrams and sketches for client presentations and competition entry boards. 5. Junior 3D visualiser: Must have excellent artistic flair and be able to model, render and animate photo-realistic scenes and walkthroughs efficiently using industry leading softwares and techniques.
